I have been working at The Federal Savings Bank full-time (More than a year)

My primary reason for joining the bank was my belief that it adheres to the "One Team, One Fight" ethos I experienced and treasured in the military. It came across in my interview and I live it each day when dealing with my teammates. I've had great support from the leadership since Day 1, most particularly my supervisor. He is always available for assistance and mentorship. My team is very supportive and works hard to support my activities. I couldn't ask for better people to work with. I believe in the product and our mission of helping people buy homes - the biggest decision most will make save for starting families.

I honestly don't have any cons with the bank. I've never had an issue getting support or assistance. The 401k plan is sufficient for my goals. I've never experienced or perceived anything that would limit my ability to achieve all my professional goals with the bank.
