    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Ford Agency (Washington, DC) in January 2015.

    Interview

First a phone screening, then I had an in person interview. After the in person interview, you will be set up with various companies for interviews. That part of the process is up to the individual company. However, the Ford Agency keeps in touch and lets you know the company's feedback.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me about my career goals and we discussed my potential options. My interview was with Ann Reiling and she was very helpful. She set me up with several interviews and while I did not end up getting a job through Ford, they were a pleasure to work with.   1 Answer
