I have been working at The Forum Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great search firm for experienced recruiters that want to take ownership of their business. Tangible support from management through through technology investments (LI, Boards, ext), client entertainment resources, good commission plans and strong back office operation. Good place for serious recruiters that wish to make money in an ethically run environment.

    Cons

Bathrooms dated, no frills office decor.

    Advice to Management

High people that want to work hard and make a better life for themselves and their families.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Forum Group in March 2017.

    Interview

I was headhunted by a recruiter from this agency. After numerous emails back and forth. including a detailed job description, we scheduled a phone interview. She didn't call. She didn't respond to my call, and she didn't return my email inquiry.

Days later she emails me again, as if this never happened.

This is a terrible way to conduct business. No wonder people hate recruiters. You need to retrain your hirelings and clean up your process.
