great people, non micro managing, opportunities to advance quickly. great claims software!
allows others to carry more weight than others. however not much goes unnoticed. takes a while for it all to balance out.
Advice to Management
more organize time off. some people take clear advantage and creates uneven load for others.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The General (Nashville, TN) in October 2016.
Poorly handled. Most senior interviewer had hurt their back and tried to conduct interview from their home; obviously in pain and appeared to be inattentive. Second interviewer made it all about her, bragging about her accomplishments in this role as part time - her achievements lacked significance and in today's world are very counter productive to forward thinking companies. Third interviewer left the office so I was handed an application without further explanation. Judging from the number of complaints I have found about them I would hesitate to recommend this company to anyone above the level of beginner.
