I have been working at The ID Co. full-time
Flexible working, fantastic office environment, great people, SME perks, fun. Would recommend as great place to work.
Changing priorities can be challenging, expected growing pains of a small company
Advice to Management
Keep proactively working together and communicating regularly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The ID Co..
The interview process was very pleasant and consisted of several conversations - to assess skill level, interest in particular technologies and areas of future development, etc.
I applied through an agency who has passed on my CV to the company, I then had an initial phone interview and a face-to-face interview with two developers (front and back-end). At the end of the face-2-face interview I received a tiny assignment to complete and send for review, and was then invited to attend a on-day trial assessment working on a project. I received an offer at the end of this day,
I particularly appreciated the candid nature of the interviewers, their genuine interest in the projects and subjects that were discussed during the interview, as well as their frankness in explaining several benefits of working for the company.
