I worked at The Ivy Key as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of independence. They provide very consistent work, unlike many other tutoring companies. A fun job if you like teaching, with very little of the grading / administrative work that often goes along with that.

    Cons

Very isolated from coworkers. High turnover of office managers, often disorganized, will try to take advantage of you and make you suffer for the office's mistakes. Will sometimes have poor communication with the schools they're sending you to.

    Advice to Management

Fix the above ^^^^. And give your tutors opportunity to talk to each other.
