I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Kraft Group (Foxboro, MA) in Apr 2022

I applied online for a different position, and then was encouraged by a recruiter to apply for the Data Analyst role. I completed the virtual, self-recorded interview soon after I applied. About a month later, I was contacted for a phone screen. Then asked to come in for an in-person interview, where I met with 3 team members. They were friendly and I felt like we had good conversation, good rapport. I feel like even though this particular position wasn’t the best fit for my experience, I would feel comfortable applying for other positions in the future. It was still a positive experience.

What interests you about the position? Tell us about your experience. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? They also asked about some specific technical aspects of the job, which I was unable to speak to (I think this was my downfall).
