Pros
We work hard and we play hard! We have such a great environment established in both offices and everyone is so welcoming. We have regular happy hours where we can socialize and get to know our coworkers. Additionally, we have team events to help form relationships and strengthen our teamwork. I always look forward to our annual company events which I help plan as a member of the committee. There are multiple committees that plan various types of events and promote inclusivity within the company. There are many growth opportunities here at The Larkin Company, and I appreciate how the company has invested in strengthening my leadership skills.
Cons
Not being able to have combined office events with one office being located in Roseville, CA and the other in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Larkin CompanyThe Larkin Company is excited to announce our Roseville office expansion! In February 2018 we moved to a 10,000 square foot office space to accommodate our continuously growing headcount. We are now close to 70 employees strong across our Roseville and Santa Clara locations! We are thrilled about the growth of our business over the years and appreciate all of our incredible clients.
