    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at The Learning House (Mount Joy, PA) in September 2019.

    Interview

Standard in person interview after a skills assessment test. They started with introductions and then proceeded to the fairly routine questions.

We then talked about pay and benefits which were TERRIBLE. I would not have accepted the position had it been offered.

Company Updates

  • THE LEARNING HOUSE & ITS UNIVERSITY PARTNERS REACH COMPANY MILESTONE OF GRADUATING 10,000 ONLINE STUDENTS The Learning House, Inc., announced July 31 that 10,000 students have completed programs at its partner institutions since the first launch in 2011. These students hail from all 50 states and the District of Columbia, as well as from more than 20 countries. This milestone was reached with 23 leading private university partners. “Providing transformative online education requires commitment," said Todd Zipper, company president & CEO. "Learning House has dedicated itself to serving its university partners and its students. “I’m so proud of the faculty and staff of our college partners and of the Learning House employees for reaching this milestone." In addition to this company benchmark, since January, Learning House has also extended its academic program management leadership to four additional private schools: Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, Florida; Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana; Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska; and D’Youville in Buffalo, New York.
