I have been working at The Lewin Group full-time (More than a year)
Pay is competitive, stock purchase plan is very generous, chance to work on some cool projects (if you are fortunate)
High school-like culture, senior management is non-existent, incompetent workers get shuffled from project to project without ever being fired, promotions are not consistently given, health insurance is expensive and the coverage is poor (this is particularly egregious because they are owned by United Health Group), and the office culture is pretty non-existent
Advice to Management
Fire incompetent staff and stop shuffling them from one project to another. Recognize and promote talented staff before the leave out of frustration.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Lewin Group.
Was reached out to via campus recruiting- they were very disorganized w scheduling bc it's a subsidiary of a larger corporation. The position no longer became available after the election results and the resulting changes to healthcare policies
