    I worked at The London NYC as an intern (Less than a year)


    The company has a good team with great communication within the employees. All employees are very friendly as the hotel is an independent hotel. Even of offering more than 600 rooms, the hotel provide an impression of a small residence. The sales team offered me responsibilities, tasks, helping the managers and empowerment during my time with them


    The cons of the company is the constant changes happening in the place. During my time, multiple people left the company, new came, left again. High turnover and change in the city of NYC. So this was disturbing for interns to experience new people, work with them and find my responsibilities

    Advice to Management

    I would advice management to create more extra activities, to retain employees in their company. The company is a great place to work but more emphasis are needed for the employees
