I have been working at The M Resort full-time (More than a year)
Decent pay, Low stress, decent benefits package, free lunch, uniforms. Pretty much the place is a cake walk compared to most companies.
The pay doesn't compare to strip casinos that pay at least 50% more. The HMO is not very good if you or family need a lot of medical attention. And really the biggest problem can be the lack of communication in the whole company.
Advice to Management
The communication flow needs to be overhauled. Merit base pay needs to put in place. There's nothing worse than making the same wage of someone who is lazy and could care less about the company.
I applied in-person. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at The M Resort in November 2015.
There was a painle interview with 8 to 10 women . For one opening. It was like a line up for the last man staning. Very unprofessional. You need no experience. You just have to have blonde hair blue eyes a weigh 100 pound.
