The Mars Agency – Why Work For Us?

Berry Gordy felt it when he founded Motown. Henry Ford infused it into his Model T. And following the lead of Detroit’s great pioneers, The Mars Agency is powered by it. What is the fuel-injected secret ingredient? Soul. It’s in the sound, the rhythm and the steady beat of steel. And in this percussive, churning city we feel a gritty pride in.

Detroit runs freely through the veins of The Mars Agency and continues to propel us beyond 8 Mile to the farthest corners of the Earth. Today, The Mars Agency is a fully integrated, global industry leader in shopper marketing with shopper-friendly offices in eight U.S. cities as well as London & Toronto. From the D to the world and still on the move. And unlike other marketing agencies that have something to prove, we have a lot to offer. We create impact.

Brainstorming, strategizing, writing, art directing? If you think any of these is your calling and you’re a college student or recent grad, you may want to consider a summer internship at The Mars Agency. We offer internships in marketing, communications, digital media and human resources. You’ll work alongside industry vets as they navigate through real-world assignments, to develop marketable job skills, establish contacts and gain practical experience. If you think you’re up to the challenge, submit your application for our exciting internships this May through August.

The Mars Agency is a great place to work. My coworkers, the senior leadership team and everyone else you come in contact with are great to work with. Truly a collaborative environment to be a part of.

I don't have any cons to say about Mars. It has been a very pleasant place to work.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Mars Agency.

I interviewed for a position at Crosssitch creative a program run by Mars with College for Creative Studies, when I email my resume to the Creative Director he said very tight work, I do not know if thats a assault or compliment. I eventally met with him for a interview arranged by my professor and when I met with him, he was very rude and didn't even introduced himself and didnt smile once. After following up two times he said that my work was not good enough for the program. Very rude people at this firm
