I worked at The Meat House part-time (More than a year)
The product really is a great one, the steak tips are unbelievable and you don't have to feel guilty promoting it to your customers.
Management was clueless. I worked here for 2 years and was one of the best employees, yet was treated horribly.
Advice to Management
Don't play favorites or treat your employees like scum
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Meat House (Fairfax, CA).
I interviewed before the store opened. I was asked no questions and was just given the job. There was absolutely no proper interview. Just an introduction to the store, which was still being built and an overview to the training process. I was given the job for just showing up
