Any current Andersen employees have an update on how the trial period of the hybrid model went and what they have officially established now? Worked there until July and would love to come back eventually if they were more flexible than required number of days in the office.

InterviewDuring my interview I met a manager and one of the managing partners. They were very forthcoming and it was very conversational instead of interrogative. I was very pleased with how the interview went and I knew from the conversation that their team was full of great people.
