    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Mozilla Foundation (Canada) in Apr 2021

    Interview

I had a wonderful interview experience. I had a phone screen with an HR rep, then I had to do a written assignment. Following that, I had an interview with two leaders and the final interview was with three team members. The communication throughout the entire process was wonderful - very open and transparent. I did not get the job and I asked for feedback regarding my application and interviews to help me with my job search going forward, but I did not receive anything, so that is probably the only con about the whole process.
