The Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago—one of the largest science museums in the world—is home to more than 400,000 square feet of hands-on exhibits designed to spark scientific inquiry and creativity.
Ours is the only building constructed for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition's "White City" that remains at the site. Built as the fair's Palace of Fine Arts, it is now home to the Western Hemisphere's largest science museum.
Join the dynamic, talented people who create the world-class guest experiences of MSI and support the education of our next generation of scientists.
Our Center for the Advancement of Science Education (CASE) aims to achieve the Museum's vision, which is to inspire and motivate our children to achieve their full potential in the fields of science, technology, medicine and engineering. I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at The Museum of Science and Industry (Chicago) (Chicago, IL) in January 2017.
The process took a couple months from submitting resume online to final interview with a mix of phone interviews, emails in between and in person, day long interview with different people. Overall it was a smooth process with a lot of wait time in between, but it was around the holidays and new year so that was probably a big factor in the time frame.
