Advice to Management
Care their staff more, give more benefits to your staffs so that people willing to work with you without any comments, because you did your part.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The One Academy in September 2010.
As I was referred by an employee inside and I was a former student of the college, the interview process
was very simple and straightforward. They had previously taken a look at my portfolio, and it turns out the Course Content Director was someone I used to work with in a previous company. The interview thus was mainly questions on my ability and skills in the subjects I would be teaching.
