As a former member of management of a large, successful agency, I was able to communicate with the Home Office, learn by attending peer meetings & had support from upper managment. Pay was dictated by local managment & was appropriate. Travel opportunities were appreciated.
Poor decision on management's part to close field offices. Lack of experienced employees to provide field assistance.
Advice to Management
Train & compensate your loyal employees so turn-over will be minimum. Don't close service centers at lunch time.
