They need to have a clear vision and focus and realistic expectations of employees
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Plateau Club (Sammamish, WA) in January 2015.
My interview was probably not the norm, I had a recommendation from one of the members, so I was contacted by the manager and all I was really asked was when can I start working and here is a little about what you will be doing. After that he just said your first day is such and such date.
