    Pros

    Everyone wants to be happy and feel valued at work - PI is literally built around the concept of hiring the right people, for the right positions, to create a great culture where people are engaged and giving it their all. Incredibly smart people who are passionate about what they do and where the company is going. Lots of attention paid to ensuring that people fit the cultural values of the company. Very cool office - super accessible to the train for anyone coming from Boston.

    Cons

    Not a con for me, but we work at a fast pace - you must be okay with jumping in and owning your own success.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work - excited to see what we can accomplish!
