    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Presidio Group (San Francisco, CA) in November 2014.

    Interview

The 90 minute interview began with a 60 minute writing test that was followed by a 30 minute conversation with the VP. It was more a behavioral or fit interview than technical and the writing test was purely to see if I could write. The VP was nice and I was under the impression a second interview with the MD would happen but they chose to go with someone else.

    Interview Questions

    • The writing test was unexpected especially since you were supposed to research online a random acquisition and determine if it was a positive or negative one for the acquirer   1 Answer
