I have been working at The Rose Group part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule and hours. Managers are very willing to help you succeed, but you have to put in your own effort as well!

    Cons

Being on your feet for hours and days at a time can be tiring on the feet and legs. Not much of a con if your used to it!

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at The Rose Group.

    Interview

not much to it at all. Felt pretty rushed and like no one really cared as long as staffing levels were good. Not much communication from the correct sources. I dont have anything else to write here at all so please stop asking me
