    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Ruprecht Company (Mundelein, IL) in March 2014.

    Interview

I was placed by a temp agency. Once I arrived for my first day my supervisor was also Hispanic and he gave me papers to sign and gave me a tour of the warehouse. It seemed like an easy job but very demanding and you must be able to keep up with production.
