I applied online and received and email shortly after requesting available interview times. When I showed up, I was given some paperwork and had to answer pre interview questions. "Tell me about a time where..." I felt like that part was a waste of time. There were a lot of questions and not much room to answer. I would have rather discussed those questions during the actual interview.

At The Springs Living, we believe that each of us is an important part of something bigger than ourselves. That's why we've dedicated funds every year to advance the education of eligible employees and their family members. Kathy Willard, business office manager for The Springs at Lake Oswego, said she's blown away by how much The Springs values her and her family. Both her daughters have benefited from The Springs Living's scholarship program. Her oldest, Jordan, is pictured, having just graduated from University of Oregon. Kathy says, "To work for a company that reaches out not only to their employees but to their families as well speaks volumes to the culture of The Springs Living."
