The Sterling Group is pleased to announce Joseph M. Scimia has joined the company as Senior Vice President General Counsel. Scimia is moving from the Real Estate Group at Ice Miller, Indianapolis, where he was a Partner representing developers, contractors, lenders, landlords, tenants and property owners in a variety of real estate transactions.

I have worked for several property management companies during my career and I can honestly say that The Sterling Group has been the best experience. The work and life balance is exceptional and always understanding. I have worked for Sterling for over three years and my Regional Director and Area Manager are very compassionate and supportive. I am given all the tools and resources that I need to effectively do my job. The benefits and time off are better than most property management companies in my experience.
The only con I would say is that the supplemental benefits are expensive in comparison to other property management companies that I have worked for such as short term disability and dental coverage.

I have been very impressed with The Sterling Group thus far. The interview process only made me want the job more! Efficient and intriguing one on one interview with the Regional Director followed up by a phone interview with the VP. Tasked with different IQ, personality and skill set tests/quizzes.
