Free Treats for yourself! You'll get to meet the sisters off of cupcake wars. Nice people come in. You learn a lot about baking. Training is fast, you'll learn everything quickly. STF supports a lot of great causes you may get to be involved with.

You may gain weight haha. The pay isn't something you can live off of. There is not set schedule, you get an email or a text every Sunday with your hours. Some customers can get a little cray cray.

    Easy Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Sweet Tooth Fairy (Provo, UT) in August 2011.

I walked into the store and asked if they were hiring. I told the manager my background and chatted with her for a couple of minutes. I also gave her my resume. She then asked me to come back later in the day for an official interview. At the interview, she asked me questions such as: 1. Why do you want to work here? 2. How would you help customers feel welcome in the store? 3. Why do you think having a positive attitude is so important?
