I worked at The Thomas Organization full-time (More than a year)
I've gotta speak up after seeing some of the negativity on this site. It seems there are some spoiled grapes among people. You know it's been said that by 5-to-1 people will go online to share a bad experience. I want to share the many GREAT experiences with this company.
The Thomas Organization LLC did more, donated more and built more for people in Western Pennsylvania than any company I know of. It was a sad day when Mr. Thomas decided to close the company and move on to other pursuits. He ran for political office, started a couple charities and took risks in the city of Oil City and surrounding areas that most people were too afraid to do. He deserves respect and admiration because I don't know many people in their 20's from that area who do one single thing for anyone else.
Co-workers with major attitude problems. The company wasn't afraid to fire the rotten apples and it seems they go to this site to complain. Shame on you.
