    Approves of CEO

I have been working at The UN Refugee Agency full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, wonderful mission, CEO has a strong vision for the organization , great opportunities for growth, some great senior staff

    Cons

Offices are dated and not conducive for project work

    Advice to Management

Focus on hiring great administrators to allow managers to focus more on business and less on finance.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The UN Refugee Agency (Los Angeles, CA) in October 2013.

    Interview

They start with a phone call to screen you. They accept almost anyone and are interested in candidates that want to help solve the refugee crisis. If you have a BA you definitely would get an offer. They then invite you to an in-person interview that lasts 5 minutes and have you sign paperwork.
