I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The University of Alabama (United States)

    Interview

Initial application online which then moved to a phone interview where a select group of candidates were screened and some moved on and some were eliminated. The process ended with an in-person interview that was 1.5 hours in length. This interview was a panel style, with about 4 individuals there to ask various questions.
