    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The University of Kansas Health System.

    Interview

I interviewed at my department, which was fairly low key (my manager and co-workers are very down-to-earth and personable, which helped). There were 2 people that headed the interview with a few general interview questions and then a few about myself. Probably 1/4 of the time was just having personal conversation to see how personable I was and how I would fit in with the unit. Then I had a quick tour of the unit with a meet and greet of staff that were there that day.
