Advice to Management
More appreciation towards the staff
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at The University of Kansas Health System (Prairie Village, Johnson, KS) in June 2018.
It was very easy. There whole interview lasted about an hour and a half. It was very informal and had an nice flow to it. They asked me questions off the top of their heads instead of pre-listed questions. At the end of the interview they gave me a tour and had me shadow them for about 15 minutes.

"This initiative supports our efforts to provide even more advanced care to those who need it most, and our commitment to continue to grow in Wyandotte County." http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQw6P
