    Pros

Great people to work with in stores, like a family.
    Always something to do.
    Fast pace.

    Cons

No discipline, to many get out of jail free cards before any action is taken. This gives the rest of the team impressions that breaking the rules is ok.
Management team instores are lumped with ridiculous amount of tasks ontop of their roles duties.
    Task focused not customer focused.
Development of Management is not a priority.

    Advice to Management

Look after Managers instore, mental health is overlooked.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at The Warehouse (Wellington, Wellington (New Zealand)) in November 2014.

    Interview

Did the interview with standard company questions with a friendly manager. The manager was a duty manager who was very understanding, empathetic, and encouraging. Got the job after doing a stock take through contact with high school teacher.
