I have been working at The Wireless Experience full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have done consulting for and am now a current, full-time employee at The Wireless Experience and I can say with 100% confidence that this truly is a great place to work and a first class operation. I have been in the wireless industry for over 14 years and am blown away by the leadership, overall talent, genuine concern for all employees (personal and professional), encouragement for personal development, growth within the company, and attention to detail. I could go on and on about the amazing things I have experienced so far and stories I have heard, but if you are looking for a new work family and a place to launch a new career, you would be doing yourself a grave disservice to not explore your options here. We would welcome you to the family with open arms!

    Cons

    I have honestly found none.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing - going out of your way to hire the right folks, connect with your teams, and find new ways to motivate and inspire. Keep up the great work!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Wireless Experience (Beverly, MA).

    Interview

This interview process was easy. I already had experience so it was easy. they asked a lot of questions but the main question was when can you start and do you want to work here? As i stated it was easy because if you are in sales and sold technology its easy.
