    Positive Outlook

I have been working at The Works Family Health and Fitness Center full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

-The nicest people I have ever met.
-Very close knit group of people, without the drama that sometimes accompanies such a workplace.
-The members and guests are great, the employees are a blast to work with, and you get a free membership.
-The Program manger and Aquatics manager are friendly and very helpful.
    -Extremely flexible scheduling.
-The pay is fine. The best summer job you can ask for.

    Cons

-As a hospital-owned business, many new policies have been put in place, leading to what I understand as a more stressful environment for management.

    Advice to Management

Management does a great job with what they have.
