Therma-Tru has an opportunity to grow it's brand in the local community. We have a great culture, but many times people don't find out about it until they actually join the company.
Advice to Management
Continue on path of growth and focus on talent management.
A phone call interview from the lead engineer who worked there. Took about 15 minutes. The process was fast and smooth. The questions were general. Some behavioral questions and what sort of softwares I use.
