    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Thinkful in August 2018.

    Interview

Applied online and received an email couple of days later to schedule a video call interview. Day of, 25 min before the scheduled call, I received an email about having to reschedule. Ok. So we arranged for a couple days later. Couple days later comes and I click the link 5min before interview time to join the video chat...15 min in and nothing... So, I shot her an email asking if we were still on....nothing... I waited for 30 mins, and then logged off.

The first time, I understood because she let me know something came up and gave me a heads up, so I can be flexible to that. But, for another time and to not give any response is pretty unprofessional. Sure, it gets very busy but this was really disappointing...I am very interested in the company and it's a shame this was the impression.
