I worked at Third Federal Savings and Loan Association full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company values really played out in the work place. I loved everyone on my team and got to learn so much about the professional banking industry!

    Cons

Making minimum wage was a little underpaid and sometimes the days got slow. But I found things to do around the office!

    Advice to Management

Increase the intern wage for outstanding interns to encourage them to go back. Encourage more learning from the loan officers for those who are interested!

    Interview

Generic questions and they read from a script that is provided by HR. There are no follow up questions and it is more of a personality contest than an actual interview.
