Simple interview with questions you would expect from job type. How you would interact with clients and handle different situations. What are your strengths and are you able to multi-task, work independently, etc. Making sure you are a caring person. Second interview as well over zoom.A lot of questions, explain a time when you....and how did you handle it. - disagreed with your boss - Had conflict with a co-worker - a clients guardian disagreed with something - a clients plan had to change and it was difficult
