I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thomas Edison State College in May 2014.
There was no interview, they simply called and ask you if you were interested. You had no option on the department that you were placed in either, you either accepted or declined their offer. Good for young kids not yet in college or who are still unsure of their career path.
