I have been working at Thompson Technologies full-time
I've had the opportunity to work for a couple of agencies, and in the many years I've worked with Thompson, I've continued to be very thankful for their approach. No, it's not perfect, but the company has continued to invest in us, technology, our consultants and our clients in order to continuously improve. It's not a back-stabbing, cut-throat environment- in fact, the teams genuinely like and support each other 1000%. Our industry is changing and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with a company that works hard to keep its promises every day.
I was a little concerned about the Braves' traffic, but there are so many alternate routes, it hasn't been an issue.
Advice to Management
Let's rent the Braves' suite again soon! :)
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Thompson Technologies.
The interview process was smooth, expect when it came to salary. I was given one amount during the interview and then after the offer, it was backed peddled. I realized they had me over a barrel and though I wanted to the decline, I accepted due to being unemployed.
There was not really a negotiation, I was told that the $$ was what the clilent was willing to pay. Due to my situation I had to take the job, knowing they were taking advantage of me.
