Our diversity and inclusion councils play a crucial role in aligning our global diversity and inclusion strategy with regional priorities. These councils also help ensure diversity and inclusion events are relevant, culturally appropriate and focused on the business needs of a particular region.
An inclusive workplace leverages the strengths of all of our employees and that is why we build these behaviors into everything we do. From new hire orientation to management and leadership training to an online portal accessible to all employees, we focus on developing global mindsets and creating an understanding of diversity and inclusion throughout our organization.
Our diversity and inclusion strategy is reviewed annually to ensure progress on objectives. Additionally, we monitor results of our diversity and inclusion index which is part of our employee engagement survey; the number of managers trained on inclusive management behaviors; and key metrics around representation, hires and promotions.

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time (More than 5 years)
Great Culture. The people are the best part of TR. Comp Plan is above average. Training Program is good. Management is pretty good. Flexible. Work from home is available as long as you are not messing up.
Quota keeps increasing year over year and it is starting to get really challenging making the jobs a little more stressful if you are the type of person to stress out over a large target. The business is moving in a lot of different directions at the same time with new business ventures. If you are trying to move up the ladder to a management type position it is going to be hard to do unless someone else retires or you relocate to start a new venture.
Advice to Management
Try to focus on a few things and do those things right. Stop venturing out in so many different directions. Offer more time to be creative as oppose to sticking with the same old story over and over again.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters.
First there is a phone interview, then an on-site. The lady was very nice and they coach you through the logic questions. The on-site requires you to answer normal coding questions, all you need to use is pseudo code.
