Dismal interview process---bottom 10% in my experience. The interviewer seemed thoroughly disengaged, rushing through questions without seeming to process my answers, and failing to recall basic details about me when the same info came up more than once. After I talked about myself, interviewer asked a few tech questions, dutifully transcribed my answers, and hung up.
I realize that ThorTech was acting as a middleman to another company who had hired them to find programmers, but then you'd really expect them to have been experts of the craft---people specialists. They weren't, so it's on to the next opportunity for me.InterviewWhat do you like about Clojure as a language?
