I have been working at ThoughtFocus full-time (More than 10 years)
It's been over a decade now. Have seen it growing and also pains of growth. That means there was never a dull moment for me and always something new to do.
ThoughtFocus is in its teen now. So it is growing and defining the identity. The old timers will understand, new joinees especially from stable big companies will find out of place. Unless one associate oneself with growth, it may seem overwhelming. Retrospectively the change can always be better managed.
Advice to Management
Play to our strength. That is the core. That's what made us. Beware of illusions.
I applied online. I interviewed at ThoughtFocus.
HR was very good. They did a great job asking the right questions without being rude or overly pushy. After accepting, they continued to stay in touch and attempted to assist as things between myself and the engagement manager began going south.
