I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)

There were 5 stages during the interview process. First you will a brief phone call with the internal recruiter and then receive the link for technical test. Once you pass the technical test you will be pair programming with one of their developers. After that, you will deliver a presentation based on the given topic. Finally there will be a culture alignment which I reckon a tricky part.
