The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Three.

    Interview

    1 phone interview with HR
1 face to face interview with HR (someone diff)
1 face to face interview with the director.

After 2nd interview, they invited me for a face to face with a director within a week. Was asked to prepare a presentation. Felt I did really well, and to be honest felt it was quite easy.

After this 3rd interview, they kept me waiting for 6 weeks.

I chased after 2 weeks: Director is in India
After 3 weeks: he really liked you but we have more people to interview yet
After 6 weeks, I was told the director didn’t feel any of the people he interviewed were senior enough for the role, so decided to get rid of the role and restructure internally.
(If that was the truth, then why not tell me earlier!?)

HR were so bad , that one person left through the process and another one of their recruiters picked the role up.

Further down the line the recruiter then suggested I should apply for a similar role. On a Friday eve, sends me a case study and a Monday morning 8am slot for an interview and presentation.

Was I willing to go through that torture again? Hell no, and won’t consider to work for them in the future.
