Mission: We believe: That our work should have a positive impact on the world around us. That the things we make will not last, so it’s the lasting effect of our work that really matters. And that what we do is every bit as important as who we do it for.
I worked at Threespot Media full-time
Some really wonderful people. Creative work is out of this work. It is definitely the litle agency that could.
Management is disorganized. There is a lot of turn over and a lot of young great talent that seems to leave often. Often a place where it feels like the people putting in the long hours aren't always rewarded- and there are definite favorites
Advice to Management
Pay attention to the little people
I applied online. I interviewed at Threespot Media.
I applied online and got a phone interview. I was told that I would hear back from them the next week, but there was silence. I followed up and was told that they'd get in contact with me in two weeks, but...they never did. I followed up for the last time a few weeks later, but by then I had pretty much given up hope. Of course, they told me that they would reach out to me when they were ready. I would have LOVED to work for this agency, but apparently it wasn't meant to be. I just wish that I could have gotten a formal rejection instead of this weird limbo that happened, but unfortunately, this is just a norm in the job searching process nowadays. Aside from what happened after the interview, the phone interview was actually quite pleasant and I enjoyed talking with the interviewer. Threespot seems like a great company to work for and I wish everyone the best there!
