    Pros

    Open culture and tries to be a flat organization. Nice offices CEO is open and approachable good work/life balance

    Cons

    Junior Management taking decisions without data or experience. German management & HR with disregards for Nordic culture and rules, creating miscommunication, culture crashes and unnecessary disputes.

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tibber (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2023

      Interview

      The interview was easy but not structured. The process was short but they went through layoffs just after I had my last interview. The technical interview was not solely technical. In the end, everything was fine but the problem is they never came back even though I sent them a follow-up email. Layoffs might be the reason for their silence but regardless the company should respect the candidate's time and give a proper feedback.

    Thank you, everyone in the Netherlands, that voted for us to be their favourite energy supplier. ⚡️❤️🌍 It came to us as a bit of a surprise. Not because we are not convinced of what and how we do it (empower smart energy), but because we did nothing to promote this. It just popped up. When Rens Schoorl put the info into one of our main Slack channels, the thing blew up with hearts ❤️, confetti 🥳, celebratory Dutch phrases 🍻 and congratulations to the team 🏋️.
