    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tierpoint (Little Rock, AR) in April 2014.

    Very relaxed, asked several questions regarding networking skills, and how comfortable I would be working around high voltage. Other questions to test my ability to handle incidents that might arise while working alone in the data center. It was made clear that you had to be very alert and active even on the night shift.
