    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tile (United States)

    Interview

Phone screening with a recruiter then 4 virtual interviews and a skills test. Process took about 6 weeks from first interview until final answer about the role. I had spent weeks in the interview process where they had not followed the timeline they initially laid out for me. I was a final candidate for the position, but did not get the offer and was sent a form rejection email from a do-not-reply email address. It shows the lack of respect and class this company really has. A simple, crafted rejection email would've put the company in better position as I not only would never apply again, they lost a customer as well.
