Having joined the company just this year, was really impressed with the recruitment process, the onboarding and the lovely welcome. Really great team here, everyone gets on, works hard and mucks in - but has lots of fun at the same time. Strong Leadership Team in place who are very approachable. The three offices (UK, US and AUS) work very closely together which I love. Aside from work, loads of social events, every one I have been to has had a different group of people and, unlike lots of companies out there, isn't all centred around drinking. All in all, Tillo is a well-liked and well-led organisation in the sector with lots of opportunities to progress professionally.
The stairs up to the office haha but it's OK as due to expansion we have another floor closer to the ground floor now!
